HG-WED


Description:

The WED ring scraper is a combined profile where the seal is equipped with a wiping edge on the outside and a sealing lip inside.

Dimensions are interchangeable when installing the wiper in standard grooves.

Scraped edge is very flexible, can even out the deviation of the rod. The sealing portion has a harder and longer edge for providing a sealing action and maintaining the lubricating layer on the stem.


Technical specifications:

Pressure: < 20 bar.

Speed: < 1 m/s.

Temperature: from -35В°C to +100В°C with a peak value of +110В°C.

Operating environment: water at room temperature, mineral oils (see Table 1 on page 1.2.4).


Material:

Name: polyurethane type ""C0"" with high modulus of elasticity, low permanent deformation and high abrasion resistance.

Hardness: Shore 93 A 2. It is also possible to use more rigid types of polyurethane for more polluted working conditions.

Material code: C0.


Installation:

The installation becomes much easier, since it can be produced in a semi-open groove.

It is recommended that the permissible surface roughness of the landing groove.
