HP Hydraulic piston seals

Stalks (PSP-10)

Description:

The PSP piston seal is specially designed for single-acting and double-acting pneumatic cylinders.

A deep seat between the dynamic and static edges, including their continuous radius, increases the cuff slip even with a lack of lubrication.

The reduced dimensions of the seal, together with the high flexibility of the material, also facilitate easier installation in a closed fitment groove.

Technical specifications:

Pressure: < 20 bar.

Speed: < 1 m/s.

Temperature: -30В°C to +90В°C.

Operating environment: air with and without lubricant, mineral oils and grease (see Table 1 on page 1.2.4).

Material:

Standard material: polyurethane 90 Shore A.

Standard material code: B0.

Alternative material: 85 Shore Рђ.

Alternative material code: A0.

Installation:

It is recommended that a certain surface roughness value is observed (grind the landing groove) to avoid damage to the cuff.

The permissible roughness of the piston surface must be respected during the installation of the seal to avoid damage to the piston.

The rod must be ground and chamfered (see page 1.8.6).
